Professional success from biological strengths

The basis for DNA Coaching is the DNA Asessment in the area of:

  • Leadership
  • Professional
  • Sales
  • Advisory
  • Procurement

A neuroscientifically validated Development Assessment and unique physical DNA analysis form the basis.

DNA is the origin

We often think we make our choices well thought out and behave rationally. However, this often turns out not to be true. Most of our behaviour is based on unconscious processes. For a long time, we got no further than approaching our unconscious as a ‘black-box’. However, recent scientific research has changed this.

Biological identity

With the rise of neuroscience and insights from genetics and endocrinology, our knowledge about the unconscious has increased dramatically. It turns out that the way we behave largely depends on how different biological systems have developed in our brains. We call this our biological identity.

Develop the right mindset

Biological identity is a personal filter that lies over the experiential world. For example, it influences how one views people and how one judges situations. For instance, some people enjoy social contact a lot, so they are always ready for everyone and want to please others. Other people are always eager to take up new challenges, but as a result are also easily distracted and have trouble completing projects. Kenhardt helps develop the right mindset.

Growing professionally

Kenhardt helps you successfully deploy and further develop your biological identity. To do this, it is important to understand how your biological identity has formed so far. To understand where certain gut feelings, intuitions, talents and fears come from, we offer insights into brain development during four life stages.

Four stages of life

1. Biological starting point; DNA

Our DNA comes from our parents and is the blueprint for all the substances in our brain. It forms the foundation of who we are and thus the basis of our biological identity.

2. Biological development; attachment styles

In the first few years of our lives, our biological systems adapt to the environment we grow up in. Our parents and upbringing play an important role here.

3. Personal development; personality & drives

Next, we develop as persons and individuals. Based on our social environment, we form certain character traits, preferences and drives.

4. Professional development; role attitude

In our professional life stage, we develop the way we are in our professional life. Work experiences shape our role attitude. What gives you energy and what costs you energy?

Developing from the right phase

Understanding how your biological identity formed during these four phases will help you better determine which tools you can best use to grow professionally. Understanding the development of your biological identity will help you develop more purposefully and efficiently in your professional life stage.

Knowledge must lead to action

Understanding yourself only helps you excel if that understanding is also relevant to your professional context. So choose the BrainCompass that fits your professional role; leadership, professional, sales, advisory and procurement. This will give you access to practical knowledge and insights and tips from successful professionals in your professional context.

Step 1: DNA analysis

To understand where your talents, intuitions and preferences come from, you have to start at the basics. The origin of our biological identity is our DNA. That is why we combine the latest scientific insights into our DNA to give professionals an even better understanding of themselves.

Predict or explain

‘Who we are’ and ‘what we do’ is the result of a complex interplay between nature (DNA) and nurture (environment). It is therefore impossible to say anything about a person on the basis of DNA alone. After all, our biological identity also develops through the way we are raised and our subsequent life experiences. It is therefore not possible to make predictions about a person on the basis of DNA. DNA does have an explanatory value: it helps you understand where your natural behaviour comes from.

How do we measure DNA

DNA is viewed from taken saliva. You can donate this via the unique BrainCompass kit. The DNA is then analysed in an ISO17025-certified laboratory in the Netherlands and processed safely and reliably. The DNA data is stored digitally in anonymous form. This makes it impossible to link personal data and DNA data. This creates optimum security.

Step 2: development assessment

The online development assessment was developed on the basis of 25 years of (neuro)scientific research. This assessment maps life experiences to create an overall picture of biological identity.

Step 3: online feedback

The personal report combines results from the DNA analysis with the results from the development assessment, giving you insight into your biological identity.

Step 4: development path

The report is only meaningful if it is acted upon in daily practice. Discussing the report with a Certified Biological Practitioner provides the necessary depth to the analysis and helps turn the insights into action. In addition to an individual process, the DNA assessment can also be a good starting point for an MD programme and team development.

DNA Assessment & Coaching

We only offer a DNA Assessment in combination with a coaching process. That trajectory generally consists of three to five coaching sessions.

Certified Biological Practitioners

Within Kenhardt, there are Certified Biological Practitioners who have successfully completed the training and gained experience with these innovative coaching methods. Participants of DNA coaching are extremely positive!
