We utilize modern technological means, making it possible to conduct a full assessment remotely with all the components of an assessment study conducted in a physical office.

Challenge

When an assessment at one of our offices is not practically possible, for example because the candidate is abroad or physically unable to come to one of our locations, a Remote Video Assessment is the solution.

The solution

We use modern technological means such as a secure portal for the tests and questionnaires and video conferencing for the interviews, simulations and games. This makes it possible to conduct a complete assessment remotely.

Personal guidance and time and place independent

The candidate is guided through the entire process of preparation, execution and reporting. By phone and email, the process is explained. Various tests, questionnaires and games are offered through a secure portal. This is the part of the assessment that is made by the candidate at a time and place of his/her choice. At home, at work, in the morning, afternoon or evening? That is entirely up to the candidate. We provide the tips and guidance to achieve a good result.

Video Conference

A time is arranged with the candidate for the continuation of the program via videoconference. During the video conference, the results of the tests, questionnaires and games are discussed. An in-depth interview and one or more simulations or business games take place. At the end of this program, the final conversation between assessment consultant and candidate takes place and the arrangements surrounding the reporting are made.

The result

Report

Prior to the assessment, agreements are made about the competencies on which we base the examination and in what way we report. The report gives a clear and objective picture of the candidate and depending on the agreements, a suitability assessment is made, relevant competencies are assessed and areas and possibilities of development are described. The report is factual, honest and competency-based. The advice is sharp and to-the-point, so that the heart of the matter is immediately clear. Within four working days, the report is presented to the candidate and provided to the client after approval.

To ensure that the report is interpreted and applied correctly, we are happy to discuss the results in a personal meeting with the client.
