Leadership: core of organisational culture

Kenhardt has extensive experience in designing and implementing programmes in the field of Leadership Development. Kenhardt delivers customised programmes in co-creation with clients. Programmes that connect to the vision and mission, core values, strategic goals, organisational performance, leadership, team and personal development.

Co-creation

We start the development of these programmes by analysing together with the client what is needed, both at organisational and individual level. In addition, we design the programmes and interventions together. Close cooperation with the client, co-creation, is a prerequisite for a successful programme.

Diagnostics as a basis for the programme

In individual analyses, we often use (online) assessment. This gives us a quick and objective picture of where individuals’ qualities lie and where development is possible. The programmes we develop are seamlessly linked to this. The impact of and the experience surrounding assessments already gets participants moving.

Realisation assignments

In Leadership Development assignments, we often work with ‘realisation assignments’. These are assignments that produce direct results for the organisation and in which participants have to show leadership to be successful. This means that individual participants achieve visible and measurable results in daily practice. These assignments are result-driven by an internal client and realised by the participants (DOEN!). Here, learning and direct results for the organisation go hand in hand.

In this way, we ensure that desired behavioural changes and results for the organisation are reflected in the programme. Not just by talking about it and ‘practising’, but through practical assignments with a concrete goal.

Leadership in practice

It is about successful leadership in daily practice. The leadership programme is therefore not a ‘stand alone’ form of intervention, but an integral part of the participants’ daily work.

The realisation assignment is the common thread of learning and also a means of achieving alignment. Assignments are derived directly from the organisation’s vision, mission and challenges. Personal learning takes place and the organisation benefits directly!
