Professional codes

Professional codes

We stand by our profession. That is why Kenhardt considers it important to submit to relevant professional codes, which set substantive requirements as well as provide guidelines and rules regarding professional ethics. The main professional codes are:

Kenhardt applies the code of conduct of the Netherlands Institute of Psychologists (NIP) at Assessment & Psychological Research. This code can be found on Psynip.nl The code prescribes, among other things, that the candidate has the right to inspect the report before it is sent to the client. Only when the candidate gives permission, the report is sent to both the client and the candidate.

Kenhardt applies the professional code of the Nederlandse Vereniging Voor Opleidingsadviseurs (NVO2). You can find this code at nvo2.nl. The code is fully binding for all members of the association. To enforce this professional code, NVO2 has a Supervisory Board and an Appeals Board. Everyone has the right to submit a complaint to the Supervisory Board about non-compliance with the professional code.

Kenhardt operates in Outplacement in accordance with the code of conduct of the Organisation for Vitality, Activation and Careers (OVAL). This code can be found at oval.nl. In accordance with this code, Kenhardt will, among other things, maintain strict confidentiality in all its communications with both employees and employers.

Kenhardt operates at Coaching in accordance with the code of conduct of the Dutch Association of Professional Coaches (NOBCO). This code can be found at nobco.nl.

In carrying out its consultancy work, Kenhardt applies the code of conduct of the Order for Organisation Consultants, OOA for short. You can find this code at ooa.nl.

Kenhardt applies the code of conduct of the Dutch Association for Personnel Management & Organisational Development (NVP) in Assessment & Psychological Research.
The NVP Recruitment Code contains basic rules that labour organisations (companies and institutions that enter into labour relations) and applicants should observe when recruiting and selecting to fill vacancies. The purpose of the code is to provide a standard for a transparent and fair recruitment and selection procedure. The NVP job application code can be found here.
