Optimising learning and performance

The LEAT! concept consists of a number of steps that can be applied integrally, but also separately. Do you already have components arranged in a certain way to your satisfaction? Then of course we will use those. After all, Kenhardt is there to optimise learning and performance within your organisation!

1. Dynamic Profiling

In a few short steps, together we create a ‘dynamic profile’ online. With this, we determine the desired result at job, role or team level. Dynamic? Roles and functions change constantly, which is why LEAT! continuously examines the ‘profile’ for current relevance and, of course, adapts it immediately.

2. Assessment

With the assessment, we measure where the professional or team stands in relation to the profile. Here, we use the latest (online) assessment technologies and insights. This in-depth measurement makes development more effective and efficient. After all, based on the assessment, we know what needs to be developed and whether there is sufficient potential. The basis for successful development!

3. Learning Wall

Development starts with the ‘Learning Wall’. The necessary knowledge is offered and tested in short e-learning modules, based on the latest scientific insights. Modules that can therefore be followed independent of time and place. Only relevant information is offered. Your own specific materials can be integrated into the ‘Learning Wall’. Participants are thus quickly offered the necessary knowledge, which is tested at the end.

4. Skills Lab

In addition to knowledge, it is all about practical skills. In the Skills Lab, real training takes place. A Skills Lab trains skills in a new, proven effective way and gives each participant maximum opportunity to experiment with behaviour. The assessment forms the basis for the training, which is carried out by professionals, using the capabilities of the iPad and with high-quality feedback. All aimed at improving the professional’s skills in practice.

5. Mirror

For optimal effect of training, follow-up by specific and quick feedback in practice is a requirement. This is done with the ‘Mirror’. Participants and teams have an App at their disposal. An App that retrieves feedback on the participant’s behaviour in practice. Feedback provided quickly and easily via the App. This measures in real time whether the desired results are being achieved and whether behavioural development is taking place.

The data from the App are displayed in a dashboard, allowing managers to monitor at individual or team level.

6. Performance

The data from the app can be used in your organisation’s performance cycle. The reports from the App make it easier to assess professionals and teams remotely. Both in terms of results and development.

7. Data Check

In this final step, the ‘Check’, the data generated is used for feedback at organisational level. This involves questions such as:

  • Are the profile and subsequent assessment still correct?
  • Are we missing content in the ‘Learning Wall’ or in the ‘Skills Lab’?
  • Are there consequences for strategic organisational development or personnel planning?

This step brings us back to the first step Dynamic Profiling. Is the profile updated and also the content of the ‘Learning Wall’ and the ‘Skills Lab’.
